If you have any questions while planning your holiday on Fehmarn, the service team of the tourism board is happy to help you online or by phone. If you are already on the island: We are looking forward to getting to know you and will be happy to answer your questions personally. Just drop in at our tourist information offices in Burg or at the south beach in Burgtiefe and get information directly on site. We are holiday professionals and provide you with recommendations for your Fehmarn holiday, with brochures, tips and, of course, our friendly booking service.
After having paid the tourist tax when checking in at your accommodation facility, you will receive your personal "Ostseecard". This card does not only entitle you to use some special offers and public services on Fehmarn, but also various discounts offered on the sunny island and free WiFi at various hotspots.

You are a frequent guest on our island? Then you can save money! The annual Ostseecard only costs € 64,40 for the whole year.
With your Ostseecard (tourist tax) you can use our free WiFi-network #im.meer.wlan. The WiFi-hotspots are located at the south beach, at the beaches in Meeschendorf and Bojendorf, at the Marina Burgtiefe, in the town centre of Burg and at the harbours in Burgstaaken and Orth. Simply select the network #im.meer.wlan on your end device and confirm the terms and conditions.
The water on Fehmarn's waterfronts is regularly tested for its quality. The results have been consistently very good. With us you can relax, and enjoy the clear water of the Baltic Sea!
