Die Schauspielerin und Sprecherin Sabine Kaack erlebte in den 1980-er Jahren ihren Durchbruch als Darstellerin in der ZDF-Serie „Diese Drombuschs“. Seitdem wurde sie durch zahlreiche preisgekrönte Kino- und TV-Produktionen bekannt. Aufgewachsen im schleswig-holsteinischen Nordörp, ist das Plattdeutsche für Sabine Kaack so selbstverständlich wie die Luft zum Atmen. In ihrem zweiten Buch „Dor bün ik tohuus“ erzählt sie unterhaltsame, lebensfrohe und tiefsinnige Geschichten aus ihrer norddeutschen Heimat. Bei ihrer Lesung an Bord des FS Deutschland holt sie sich musikalische Unterstützung von Ben Heuer auf der Snutenorgel (Mundharmonika), der bei den Weltmeisterschaften in diesem Fach einst den dritten Platz gewann.
