Aquafitness

Aquafitness ist ein Ganzkörpertraining, das im Flachwasser in Brusthöhe oder im Tiefwasser mit und ohne Geräte wie Schwimmnudeln und Hanteln angeboten wird.
Dabei werden Arme, Beine, Gesäß und Rumpf trainiert.
Durch Aquafitness wird die Kraft, Beweglichkeit und Ausdauer gesteigert und die Entspannung gefördert.

Tickets können online oder in den Tourist-Informationen am Südstrand und in Burg gekauft werden!
